David has over 20 + Years N.Y.P.D. with the following experiences:

• Real Time Crime Center RTCC (Original planning team member that planned, designed, and Implemented the country's first Real Time Crime Center)
• Management Information Systems development - MISD (Developed systems to support Patrol and Investigative Units)
